Biography
Amaar has a combined 7 years experience in management consulting and real estate brokerage.
Amaar obtained his Illinois Real Estate Broker License during his tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he played a central role in multi-family property sales & transaction advisory, shaping successful marketing campaigns with his keen insights, honed financial models, and strategic coordination among key stakeholders.
Prior to venturing into real estate, Amaar made significant strides at Victura Consulting where he played a pivotal role in securing government contracts for small and mid-cap companies. His analytical expertise in bid & proposal efforts resulted in a successful award of two U.S. Department of Defense Contracts exceeding $400+ million revenue for an International Pharmaceutical Company.
Amaar continued his career in Government Contract Advisory at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he assisted enterprise companies on the design and development of internal accounting cost structures to be compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
Amaar graduated Summa Cum Laude, receiving a B.S. in Finance and Minor in Accounting from DePaul University.
